- 1. Material: ADC-12 Aluminum Alloy if gearhead housing with output shaft diameter between 18mm-28mm; HT200 Cast Iron if gearhead housing with output shaft diameter between 32-50mm;
- 2. Gear material is 40Cr and heat treatment by normalize&carbonize and hardness HRC42-47.
- 3. Gear machining by precision hobbing machine, gear precision level can reach ISO Class 7~8.
- 4. Pinion material is 20CrMnTi and heat treatment by normalize&carbonize and hardness HRC53-58.
- 5. Gear pinion machining by cutting, pinion precision level can reach ISO 6-7.
